So unbelievably excited to announce this yoga immersion in Portugal hosted by me and one of my favourite human beings and fellow yogis ❤️.

23rd - 29th September 2024

We have called it a yoga immersion as you have the benefit of two yoga teachers guiding you from different lineages which will help us dive deeper into the practices. Expect a soulful week full of sun, yoga, laughter, and sea.

The retreat includes:

- 2 x 90-120 minute daily practices

- additional workshops and posture clinics

- hands-on adjustments (4 hands!)

- delicious organic local food

- beautiful rooms surrounding a gorgeous outdoor pool

- an abundance of nature to walk or horse ride in

- massage and healing treatments

- hiking, surfing, beach days
