We’re also looking to grow our junior section and are recruiting new players of all abilities. Whether you’re completely new to netball or have played before, we’d love to help you develop your skills in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment.

We’re excited to reveal the new identities of our adult teams for the 2026/27 season!

🌳 Amesbury Oaks
Strong, resilient and dependable. Our Oaks represent experience, leadership and the deep roots that support our club.

🌿 Amesbury Ash
Adaptable, ambitious and always growing. Our Ash team embodies development, determination and the courage to embrace new challenges.

These names are part of our new club pathway, inspired by nature and our belief that every player grows through the support of others.

Our Bee Netball programme is where every journey begins. Players learn the fundamentals, build friendships and develop a love for the game.

💚 Team Selection for Amesbury Adults 🏐

Team selection has been incredibly difficult due to the number of talented players interested in representing the club next season.

Both squads will consist of 16 players. The Andover squad will have 10 core players and 6 Extended Squad players, while the Salisbury squad will have 12 core players and 4 Extended Squad players.

Core players will be offered match availability first. If any core players are unavailable for a fixture, opportunities will then be offered to Extended Squad players, ensuring everyone has the chance to contribute throughout the season.

Squad offers will be sent out shortly. Once all offers have been accepted or declined, and any necessary adjustments have been made, the squads will be announced publicly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process. The standard has been exceptionally high, and we appreciate the commitment and enthusiasm shown by everyone who attended the trials. We are excited for what promises to be a fantastic season ahead.

Some awards recognise performance. Others recognise potential.

The Amesbury Spirit Award recognises something even more special – someone who truly lives the values of our club.

This award celebrates the person who brings positivity, kindness, commitment and enthusiasm to everything they do. Someone who supports others, lifts those around them and helps make Amesbury Netball Club the welcoming community it is today.

This season, there were so many deserving people. From our incredible coaches and volunteers to parents and players who go above and beyond, every one of you helps make our club special.

But one person stood out.

From the moment she joined Amesbury Netball Club, she has embraced everything we are about. Whether coaching the Stingers, helping at sessions across the club, encouraging every player, or stepping onto the court for our adult team, she gives her time, energy and heart without ever asking for recognition.
