This weekend, we are proud to be participating in England Football's National Silent Support Weekend. 🤫👏

The goal of this brilliant initiative is to dial down the noise on the touchlines and dial up the positivity. By stepping back, we give our young players the space to find their own voice, make their own decisions, and play the game they love without pressure or distraction.

Here are the rules for everyone attending a game this weekend:
• 👏 Spectators = Applause Only: Show your support by applauding good play from both teams! Please refrain from shouting, cheering loudly, or giving verbal instructions from the sidelines.

• 📋 Coaches = Quiet Encouragement: Coaches can still offer support and guidance to their teams as needed, but the focus should be on letting the players problem-solve independently.

• 🗣️ Players & Referees = Keep Talking: The silence is strictly for the sidelines! Players and match officials are highly encouraged to communicate, express themselves, and lead the game on the pitch.

Let’s all do our part to create a calm, positive, and developmental environment for youth football today. As the campaign says: "Down goes your noise, up goes their game!"
