Ladies, are you adding Weight training into your weekly routine?

Exercising and Weight training has so many benefits including:
Reducing stress and boosting your mood by releasing endorphins in your body that are a natural antidepressant.
Reducing the risk of osteoporosis by strengthening bone density and also helping to maintain a healthy heart and lungs.
Weight training will help your body build lean muscle mass which in turn will increase your metabolism at rest.
Also you feel as strong as 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
So grab your weights (which you need to bring to class) or you can use tins or water bottles for added resistance.

Legs, Bums and Tums is a popular group fitness class that focuses on exercises for the lower body (legs and glutes) and core (abs and waist).

Fitness Pilates is a low-intensity group exercise class that promotes a balanced body, improved posture, a toned stomach, a strong back and increased mobility and flexibility. It also increases strength and endurance and improves balance and co-ordination.
Fitness Pilates attacks the roots of bad posture by toning little-used muscle groups in the abdomen, torso, upper and lower back while incorporating a slow breathing technique to energise the body. The moves are also designed to work the muscles of the whole body (abdominals, lower back, thighs, buttocks, calves, arms, shoulders) and to gently lengthen them. The result is a body that is properly aligned and at less risk of injury.
It consists of weight-bearing exercises both standing and lying down so helps to prevent osteoporosis and is suitable for men and women of all ages, levels and abilities, and is a good way to stretch, relax and unwind at the end of the week.
