I absolutely love being an Instructor.

The energy I get from my students fills my soul, brings me so much joy and is more than I could ever have expected.

This evening we had a last minute change of venue and our temporary venue wasn't ideal. It was smaller than we are used to and there was a lot of noise from a booking in an adjoining hall.

But my ladies didnt let that stop them! They still gave their best energy, the biggest smiles and then took the time to thank me for it after!

I don't do this for praise, my classes are not about my ego. But I love hearing that my ladies are getting what they want from my classes.

Happy Pride Month! 🌈

Pride is something that matters to me personally. It's a celebration of how far we've come, a recognition of those who came before us, and a reminder that everyone deserves to be safe, accepted and valued for who they are.

One of the things I'm proudest of as an instructor is the community we've built in our classes.

Not just during June, but all year round.

Our classes are for women of all backgrounds, abilities, shapes, sizes and experience levels. Whether you're LGBTQIA+, an ally, or simply looking for a supportive place to get stronger, make community connections and have fun, you're welcome here.

I've always believed that fitness should be about helping people discover what they're capable of, not about fitting into someone else's idea of who they should be.

So this Pride Month, I'm celebrating authenticity, community and the incredible people who make our classes what they are.

Be proud of who you are. You belong exactly as you are. 💜🌈

Ludgershall Ladies brought the energy in class this week.
We kicked things off with an exciting warm up with the giant, inflatable dice, moved on to learning our new belt kicks and finished strong with a burner round.
