DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.
The photo on the left is Ashley two years ago.
If you’d seen her sitting in that beer garden, you probably wouldn’t have thought twice. You’d never have known the battle she was fighting behind the smile.
Fast forward to today…
731 days sober.
2 years alcohol free. 💛
The photo on the right isn’t just someone who’s changed physically. It’s someone who’s rebuilt her entire life.
She’s happier.
She’s healthier.
She’s stronger.
She’s more confident.
And she’s absolutely bossing life again.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching Ashley from day one of her sobriety, and watching her transform has been incredible. The weight she’s lost is amazing, but what’s happened mentally and emotionally is something scales can never measure.
This is why I always say…
Don’t judge a book by its cover.
You never know what someone is going through. The strongest people are often fighting battles you’ll never see.
Ashley, I couldn’t be prouder of you. Two years is an unbelievable achievement, and everything you’ve achieved has come from your own commitment, resilience and determination.
Here’s to many more years of health, happiness and living life on your own terms. ❤️
If Ashley’s story inspires even one person to believe that change is possible, then sharing it is worth it.
Congratulations on 2 years sober. You’re an inspiration. 👏💛

Stop waiting for the “right time.”
The truth is…
The right time doesn’t exist.
There will always be a holiday.
A busy week at work.
A birthday.
A family event.
If you keep waiting for life to slow down, you’ll be waiting forever.
The clients who get the best results aren’t the ones with the most time.
They’re the ones who decide to start anyway.
Kalah didn’t wait until life got easier.
She started with a full-time job, two kids and a busy schedule.
She’s 18kg down because she stopped waiting and started.
So ask yourself…
Where could you be 6 months from now if you started today?

The biggest obstacle to weight loss isn’t a lack of knowledge.
It’s a lack of consistency.
I’ve coached people who’ve tried…
❌ Slimming clubs.
❌ Detox teas.
❌ Weight loss injections.
❌ 6-week challenges.
❌ Cutting out carbs.
❌ Starving themselves Monday-Friday before blowing out at the weekend.
None of those things teach you how to keep the weight off.
What I coach isn’t a diet.
It’s a system that fits around real life.
My clients still work.
They still have kids.
They still go out for meals.
They still enjoy birthdays and holidays.
Because if your plan only works in perfect conditions…
It doesn’t work.
The reason Kalah is now 18kg down isn’t because she’s “motivated.”
It’s because she built habits she could actually stick to.
That’s exactly what I help people do every day.

This is Kalah.
Full-time job.
Two kids.
Long, exhausting shifts.
A life most people use as an excuse.
And yet…
👇
20kg GONE.
No weight loss injections.
No shortcuts.
No magic fix.
Just a calorie deficit, structured training, consistency, and the decision to keep showing up—even on the days she didn’t feel like it.
But here’s the thing…
The weight loss isn’t what I’m most proud of.
The woman on the right isn’t just 20kg lighter.
She’s more confident.
She’s mentally stronger.
She’s happier.
She’s healthier.
She’s proved to herself that she can do hard things.
This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start building a lifestyle you can actually sustain.
Kalah didn’t just lose weight…
She changed her life.
And we’re still not finished.
There’s more strength to build, more confidence to gain, and even bigger goals ahead.
So, if you’re reading this thinking:
“I don’t have time.”
“I’ve got kids.”
“I work too much.”
Kalah has all of those things too.
The difference?
She made the decision to start.
Your future self will thank you!

It’s that time of year again. People are making plans, setting goals, and telling themselves this time it’ll stick.
And this is where most people go wrong.
A lot of gyms, coaches and trainers rush to capitalise on the New Year influx offering a plan for this, a plan for that, bundles, apps and quick fixes to catch people while motivation is high.
Don’t get me wrong we’re a business too, and this is one of the busiest times of the year to gain new members.
The difference is, we try to do it properly.
On the face of it, a generic workout plan on an app looks good.
Clean layout. Ticked boxes. Simple instructions.
But in reality, it’s not helping you it’s holding you back.
Because it doesn’t know:
✅ what your actual goals are
✅ how many days you can realistically train
✅ what your schedule looks like
✅ what injuries or niggles you’re dealing with
✅ what you enjoy
✅ what you hate
If you haven’t been asked those things before being given a plan, then that plan was never built for you.
Training plans should be specific.
Built around your life, not forced into it.
If you’re serious about making changes, or you’re genuinely in need of guidance and support, then try us completely FREE this January and let us do things properly.

One thing I wish more beginners understood:
You don’t need to rush.
Most people try to run before they can walk — heavier weights, faster progress, complicated exercises.
But taking the time to learn the basics properly will take you so much further.
And if you need help, don’t be scared to ask a PT or even another gym member.
Gyms grow when people help each other.
Everyone started for the first time once — we all know what it feels like.
Oh… and please put your weights away too 🤣🫣

I’ve learned recently that most people don’t just come to the gym for a workout.
Life gets heavy.
Stress builds.
And for a lot of clients, that hour with me might be the only time in their week that truly feels like theirs.
Not everyone needs advice or a solution.
Sometimes they just need space, a breather, and someone who genuinely listens.
If they leave feeling lighter mentally and stronger physically — that’s a win for both of us.
