4 Golden rules for men 30+ if you want results in gymπ
1- Muscle and strength don't grow in the gym -they grow during recovery. If you're not supporting your training with quality sleep and good nutrition, don't expect optimal results.
2- Progressive overload is essential. If the weights, reps, or overall performance aren't improving over time, neither will your strength. Follow a structured plan instead of training randomly.
3- Health comes before personal records. No lift is worth an injury. Prioritize proper form and technique before chasing heavier weights.
4- Recovery is just as important as training. Your body adapts, repairs, and grows between workouts. Respect rest days and recovery as part of the process.
