Lurgyvallen Twelve FC. . Lurgyvallen Twelve FC. We are a team in Lonsdale League 1.

In our first year we gained promotion into Lonsdale League 1 after some great matches. The name comes from Lurgyvallen being an old townland in Armagh, the Twelve comes from a good friend of our team Peter McAneney died in the weeks before the club started up and we believe that he's our 12th man on the field for us. The team is a great circle of friends and we believe that this is one of the keys to our success both on and off the field.

Lurgyvallen would like to express our annoyance once again on the embarrassing, petty behaviour of the Lonsdale League & their committee.

Tuesday pass the Lonsdale League issued an apology for an incident occurred a year ago, as seen in the photo attached. As a club we accepted the apology, for what ever reason the League has taken down their apology as soon as the cup we won last season was handed back.

We would like to make it known, that not one person from the League had contacted the club regards returning the cup to the league, once again the League continued to spread false accusations about not only the club but towards individuals, what way is it too behave if the League feels the need to make threats as well as harass members of our club.

Numerous occasions they were to told to contact the club, which they failed to do so, their cowardly behaviour resulted in a member of another club asking had we the League Cup. Which we returned after the league’s ‘so called’ apology.

Don’t post an apology if you don’t mean it, similar to the lies posted last year, which we would like too add, that their side of the story has changed several times & funny enough deleting the image of the medals we apparently left behind, sitting in a club members car, the League is well used to deleting posts that tarnish them. Their pathetic & tbh embarassing behaviour sums the League up, but we expected this too happen.

If any member of the League Committee like to speak to any member of Lurgyvallen, they have our numbers.
