Hey and welcome to Mindset by Niamh 👋🏼

🧠 I am a mental performance and sport psychology coach, here to help athletes train their minds like their bodies.

👩‍🎓I graduated from my undergrad in Sport and Exercise Science in 2022 and went on to complete my masters in Sport Psychology at the University of Limerick in Summer 2024.

🏃🏼‍♀️ Having played camogie and football since a young age, I currently train at county level so I am uniquely positioned to understand from both a player and psychology perspective the goals and needs of athletes on and off the pitch
