Everyone at Sellindge Tennis Club sends our condolences to the Royal Family

A statement from LTA Chief Executive, Scott Lloyd following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

A huge thank you to Advantage Tennis Coaching and both the Elham and Sellindge Tennis Clubs for holding a Tennis Tournament. This raised £420 for us here at Caldecott Foundation, and we are very grateful to everyone who took part.

Today Sellindge TC joined forces with Elham TC and hosted a fun, tennis tournament to raise a staggering £400 for the Caldecott Foundation in Smeeth.

With the unwavering, hardwork and fantastic organisation skills of coach Nick Skelton the tournament was a huge success.

Thanks also goes to all the players, our tournament finalists Ellie and Pat, our winners Jake and Kate, the Hollingsbee’s for putting on a tasty bbq, helping us to raise more funds, the supporters and Gwen and Mark Christie for their very generous donation to this worthy cause.

Nick Skelton and David Weller are running some free cardio tennis sessions on the Kent Tennis Open day on 10 Sept at the club. Cardio Tennis is a fun, tennis 🎾 cardio workout to music 🎵.

Nick Skelton has organised a charity, fun tournament with Elham TC to raise funds for the Caldecott Foundation on bank holiday Monday.

The group stage will run from 12.30-3pm and the finals round will be at Sellindge TC at 4pm.

There will be a lovely BBQ for all to enjoy so do pop down and support your STC friends.

Marathon match win!
Ethan and Jude visited Bexley today and made it through a marathon 2 hour doubles match and two singles to take a 2-1 win for Sellindge TC- well done boys!

Congrats to all of today’s winners... our mixed doubles team, Jude and Ethan and even Bilbo the dog who also had some great ground strokes!! ,
