⚽ 11-a-Side Registration is Now Open! ⚽

Have you been thinking about getting back into 11-a-side football? Or maybe you're enjoying our Monday sessions and fancy taking on an extra challenge?

We're now welcoming players for the 2026/27 season.

Our team is built around the same values as our weekly sessions, football that's inclusive, enjoyable and supportive. We welcome players of all abilities, whether you're returning after years away from the game or have never played 11-a-side before.

Rather than the pressure that can sometimes come with local league football, we provide a relaxed, encouraging environment where everyone has the chance to enjoy the game, improve, and be part of a team.

Throughout the season we play friendly matches against like-minded organisations, charity teams and groups that support men's mental health, creating competitive football without losing sight of what really matters.

If you'd like to find out more or register your interest, send us a message, we'd love to hear from you! πŸ’™βš½

A bit about us, how we started, and what we stand for. ⚽❀️

Every club has a beginning. Ours started back in 2023 with a bit of frustration, a lot of passion, and three friends, Mark, Tom, and Matt.

We were all attending a local football session, but over time, players became fed up. Feedback wasn't really being listened to, things weren't being run very well, and the atmosphere just wasn't what we were looking for.

We wanted to keep the good bits we'd enjoyed elsewhere, but do it our own way. So, we did the simplest thing we could: we booked a pitch on a Monday night, brought a ball, and Together 4 Sport Aylesbury was born.

More than just football 🧠

While our initial goal was fitness and weight management, T4S quickly evolved into something bigger. We realised Aylesbury needed a space for:

β€’ Men struggling with their mental health or feeling socially isolated.

β€’ Guys who felt they didn't have the fitness or skill to be welcomed by traditional clubs.

β€’ Anyone who wanted to play without the fear of being criticised for a misplaced pass or a shot that was more likely to go for a throw-in than trouble the goal.

We are all a bit competitive, but at T4S, the main aim is always to enjoy yourself, get moving, and meet good people. No egos. No judgment.

Bigger challenges, greater impact πŸ₯Ύ

Over the last three years, we've done much more than just keep our Monday night sessions and 11-a-side team going. We’ve also taken our community spirit off the pitch to raise money for causes close to our hearts:

β€’ Lymphoma Action Support Group: We conquered Snowdon to support the charity that offered incredible care and support to our co-founder, Matt, during his cancer treatment. Although, if we're honest, the most memorable sight wasn't the view from the top, it was Tom halfway up the mountain, completely unaware his trousers had betrayed him, looking like he was scaling Snowdon in a thong.

β€’ Change Mental Health: Mark literally got punched in the face (repeatedly!) in a charity boxing match to raise vital awareness for mental health.

β€’ Macmillan Cancer Support: We dragged our sore legs through the gruelling 26-mile Thames Path Mighty Hike.

What’s next? πŸš€

Looking ahead, we want to take on even bigger challenges, raise more money for local charities, organise more social events, and keep building lifelong friendships.

Whether you’re in your 20s or 60s, a complete beginner, or returning after 20 years away, you are welcome here.

To every player who's stepped onto the pitch with us over the last three years, and everyone who's given up their time to help run things, thank you. You've helped build something we're really proud of.

πŸ’™ MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH WEEK 2026 πŸ’™

Being strong doesn't mean carrying everything on your own.

This Men's Mental Health Week, we're encouraging men across Aylesbury and beyond to check in with themselves and with each other.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of age, background or circumstances. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is start a conversation, listen without judgement, or simply let someone know they're not alone.

At Together for Sport Aylesbury, we see every week how sport, physical activity and community bring people together. Whether it's on the football pitch, during a walk, or over a post-match chat, connection matters.

This week, we encourage you to:

⚽ Stay active
πŸ‘₯ Stay connected
πŸ’¬ Talk openly
β˜• Take time for yourself
🀝 Ask for support when you need it

A simple check-in with a friend, teammate or family member could make a bigger difference than you realise.

Let's continue building a community where everyone feels welcome, supported and able to talk openly about their mental health.

πŸ’™ Stronger Together. Tag a teammate, friend or family member who has positively impacted your wellbeing πŸ’™
