It can be extremely convenient to get the needed protein into your diet if you haven’t got time to eat but you can easily get it into your diet with good nutritional foods.

Don’t be lazy! There are always ways to make sure you get your calories in. Everything these days are labelled with the amount of calories in them.

No carb diets are a load of crap!

You need to sort out the amount of calories you eat and creat a caloric deficit.

Carbs aid recovery and help you perform better whilst training! Stop demonising them!!

Good morning! People are asking us to put some food ideas up on the socials so here we go!

Baked avocado and eggs on Ryvita. Could also use Rye bread.

Pre-heat the oven to 190, shallow out the avocados a little bit. Crack the eggs into them and bake for 15,20 mins dependant of how you want the eggs cooked.
