Calling All Sporty Girls!!!!

We are looking for some new recruits to come and join The Valley Vipers rounders team 🐍.

If you love sports, have a competitive side, love having fun please drop us a message and come along to one of training matches 🙌🏻

Valley vipers/pink ladies for the annual rounders presentation on Saturday. What a great night. There were definitely some sore heads on Sunday 🤣🎉

Rounders England are proud to announce that rounders will officially become a as of the 2024/2025 season.

Improving rounders at the university level has been an internal mission of ours for years and we are delighted that 90% of universities voted ‘yes’ for us on this occasion and we are now in the final stages of implementation!

Becoming a BUCS sport will provide established university rounders teams with more support from their uni & SU to train and compete. Whilst also encouraging universities who do not currently have a team to start one and enter competitions.

Thank you to all who helped us within this process and students, we hope to see you at our 2025 BUCS competitions 🤪

This should be a great day, if you're free get yourself up to Bacup cricket club to support our league. Lots to do for the kids, food on and bar open

Unfortunately we aren't able to play in this due to players holidays etc but some of us will be there supporting other teams.

Also if you're interested in getting involved in rounders and want to join or form a team, there will be people there to give you all the information needed.

What a way to start the week! 🔥

🏏The Valley Vipers, a newly formed rounders team from Stacksteads held their charity event in addition to their end of season awards ceremony on Saturday 17th August.

The match included the original team members, the males of which were in dresses to add a little flair to the afternoon 💃 They did not disappoint...

In addition to the day being a huge success, they also raised an incredible £473.33 for the hospice, thank you so much! ✨

Tomorrow is our charity event and end of season awards day. Please come and support us and help us raise funds for a great charity Rossendale Hospice.

The game will start at 11am at Townley park Burnley on the playing field opposite the children's park.

**There are road signs stating the road is closed up to the main car park at the bottom just to make you all aware this goes right past the car park so parking on the bottom car park is still possible**

We hope to see you all there to support us and have a good laugh at the lads in frocks 😂😁
