Great Hyrox session this morning with Ryan Brolly at GEHQ GYM Open 24/7 …..
Goal was consistently 💪 and that was defo achieved 💪
Another session smashed by tonight as he preps for America in a couple of weeks time. Tonight we continued to work on engine building and as always 110% was given 💪💪💪
from putting in some serious work this morning prior to heading America with …. Two more weeks of conditioning left before he heads of to the big apple 🍏
