Exciting update! 📣

Great to see real progress at Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse as part of our three-year investment in track improvements.

The installation of new drainage systems and fencing is now complete, helping to support consistently high track standards for years to come.

With the finishing touches underway, we're almost ready for the new season. 🏇

We're proud to be supporting a new independent economic impact study commissioned by the British Horseracing Authority, which will provide the first evidence-based assessment of the contribution horseracing makes to the Welsh economy. Led by Cardiff-based Arad, the research will help demonstrate the value of our sport and the communities it supports across Wales.

Working alongside Chepstow and Ffos Las racecourses, we'll be helping to showcase the important role Welsh racing plays in supporting jobs, attracting visitors and driving economic activity. The findings will provide valuable evidence to help ensure the industry's contribution is recognised and support its future growth.

We look forward to supporting the research over the coming months and sharing the findings later this year.
