Jess and Miriam have just finished a record-breaking 8,213-nautical-mile row across the Pacific from Peru to Australia. Non-stop and unsupported it took them 166 days, rowing in two-hour shifts around the clock.🚣‍♀️

An object lesson in less is more. Dark luscious looking pieces of biltong with good beefy aroma. Its soft chewy texture melts in the mouth to release savoury umami flavour, with the seasoning working in harmony to enhance the wonderful beefy notes. Very enjoyable, simple but produced with great finesse, so moreish the more you eat the more you want”.
