REFLECTION: Just back from our 3ness Exploration event in Thailand — and what an experience it was. 7 or 10 nights that consisted of yoga, aerobics, HIIT, cultural tours, evening entertainment, connection and community. This was my third visit in one year, and each time Thailand teaches me something new. I’m not religious, but I’ve become genuinely inspired by the principles of Buddhism. If more of the world embraced its calm, compassionate way of living — without the noise and division that often comes with other belief systems — I truly believe the world would be a better place. The Thai people are remarkable. Kind, respectful, warm, and consistent in how they treat others. That’s not a holiday/business illusion — it’s something I’ve witnessed across all levels of Thai society, and it stays with you. We stayed in a stunning beachfront hotel overlooking the ocean and lagoon, and watched 67 clients become one family — travelling, eating, singing, dancing, training and bonding together. That’s the magic of 3ness: strangers arrive, community leaves. And yes… we’re already planning our return in October 2027. Thailand, thank you once again. 3ness family, you were incredible. On to the next chapter.
