Loving hydrangeas this season - they are stunning. One of my clients who is recovering from a hip replacement gave these to me. I've been working on her rehab program since March and she is a total rockstar. She's back to normal activities, swimming, walking and of course doing pilates. So pleased with her progress 🌸♥️🌸♥️🌸

Love this simple reminder of how effective the bridge pose is. I like to include it in most of my sessions as it’s such an effective way of mobilizing and strengthening the spine.

Happy Easter to all of my clients. I am delighted to be back teaching. Its been so lovely seeing all of my students this week. Can't wait for next week, hopefully the weather forecast is wrong and it doesn't SNOW!!!
