This weekend we took part in the UKGT Annual Blackbelt Seminar in Leicester, instructed by Grandmaster Sahota and Senior Master Sahota.

It was a fantastic session, focusing on Blackbelt Patterns, 1-Step Sparring and Flying Sidekicks!
