New beginners' class started this morning at 9am. 28 people turned up to start the day off with gentle Chinese exercise called Tai Chi (yang style). Will be teaching the same amount of moves next week (26th Sept). Same time, same place @ Subud Hall. New Barnet. EN4 8RE. £10 per class. Car park nextdoor is free at weekends. Online Tai Chi classes are planned for 2027. Either a Saturday or Sunday morning via Zoom. Sessions will be recorded and shared to those who sign up.

Just to clarify that I teach Tai Chi Chuan (yang style) not Tai Chi walking. I have heard of Tai Chi or Chinese walking, but I teach a set of 108 moves known as a Tai Chi set.
