4 years ago vs now. ❤️
The photo on the left was taken 2 years into my strength training journey. At the time, I thought I was doing well—and I was. But I had no idea what another four years of consistency, learning, and believing in myself would bring.
The photo on the right speaks for itself.
This journey has never just been about changing my body. It’s been a journey of self-discovery, confidence building, healing, resilience, determination, and above all… hard work.
There have been setbacks, challenges, days where motivation was nowhere to be found, and moments where progress felt painfully slow. But I kept showing up. Not because it was always easy, but because I refused to give up on myself.
Strength training has given me so much more than muscle. It has taught me patience, discipline, confidence, and just how capable we are when we commit to the process.
If you’re just starting your own journey, remember this: results aren’t built in weeks or months—they’re built through years of consistent effort. Don’t compare your Chapter 1 to someone else’s Chapter 10.
As a personal trainer, I don’t ask my clients to do anything I haven’t done myself. I’ve lived this journey. I know what it feels like to struggle, to doubt yourself, and to keep going anyway.
Trust the process. Stay consistent. Be patient. Your future self will thank you.
The strongest transformation isn’t always what you see in the mirror—it’s the person you become along the way. 💪❤️
