Today's video is a nice little shoulder routine, composed of 4 exercises that work on different parts of the shoulders.
Top left - top of the shoulders,
top right - sides
botton left - back of the shoulders
bottom right - all of the shoulders
Do it as a circuit, 10 reps each exercise, 30 seconds rest between each exercise
4 sets - 1 minute rest between each set.
Give it a go and watch those shoulders grow

Hi, and welcome to my page !
I'm not your average personal trainer, as I only qualified in December 2025 when I was 61.
Read on, and hopefully you'll be inspired by my journey, and motivated enough to contact me so that we can work together.
I've not always been in good shape, but what inspired me to change was seeing a video of my self presenting to 200 people on stage at a work conference.
My reaction was " Who is that large unfit person ?" - I looked bloated, was 18 and a half stone, and my suit was straining to contain me - my stomach was hanging over my belt - you get the picture ? (See below).
From that moment on, I vowed to change. I found myself a personal trainer and worked hard with her 2/3 times a week, lifting weights, modifying my diet, and cutting out alcohol for 6 months.
I even started to run...treadmill at first, then a few parkruns, and then some half marathons - nuts right ?
Over a 2 year period I lost around 5 and a half stone, and was stronger and fitter than I'd ever been - I even ran the London Marathon for charity in 2018 aged 54.
During lockdown ( remember that ?) I acquired a treadmill, cross trainer and exercise bike, and slowly accumulated some weights, and now train myself 4 or 5 times a week in my garage gym.
In 2024,I discovered the Six Pack Revolution ( www.thesixpackrevolution.com), and re-educated myself on the joys of healthy eating and targeted exercise.
In 2025, I became a member of their online coaching team, and with one eye on the future, I put myself through both a L2 fitness instructor and L3 Personal Trainer qualification, qualifying in December 2025.
I retired from the "day job" in March 2026, and my goal now is to help others like me who want to become a better, fitter version of themselves.
