πŸŒ§οΈβ›³ WHAT A DIFFERENCE A FEW DAYS OF RAIN MAKES!

After such a long, dry summer, the recent rain has been very welcome at Brynhill β€” and the difference is already there to see. πŸ’š

πŸ“Έ Pictured are two of our Par 3s β€” the 9th and the 16th β€” greening up beautifully after the recent rainfall.

It’s amazing how quickly a golf course can respond when Mother Nature finally lends a hand. The colour is returning, the grass is recovering and Brynhill is starting to look lush and green again.

A lot of hard work continues behind the scenes from our greens team, and with a little help from the weather, the course is looking good! πŸ‘πŸŒ³

β›³ PLANNING A GOLF BREAK IN SOUTH WALES? PUT BRYNHILL ON YOUR ITINERARY. πŸŒοΈβ€β™‚οΈ

South Wales is a fantastic destination for a golf holiday – and some of the best experiences can be found away from the courses you already know.

Our latest Brynhill Blog looks at why Brynhill Golf Club makes a great addition to a South Wales golf trip.

🌳 A challenging 18-hole parkland course
πŸ† A proud golfing history dating back to 1921
🏌️ A course that has helped produce multiple professional golfers
✈️ Conveniently located close to Cardiff Airport
πŸš— Easily accessible from the M4

Brynhill has also played its own fascinating part in Welsh golf history – with connections to Dai Rees and Bob Hope, through to modern professionals including Stephen Dodd and Senior Open silver medal winner Kyron Sullivan.

If your South Wales golf break already includes some of our region's famous links courses, why not add a completely different challenge?

Come inland and discover a traditional South Wales parkland course where position, strategy and course management really matter.

πŸ† RYDER CUP 2027 – CONGRATULATIONS LISA! πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ίβ›³

Everyone at Brynhill Golf Club is incredibly proud of our member and Immediate Past Captain, Lisa Taylor, who has successfully been selected as a Volunteer Marshal for the 2027 Ryder Cup! πŸ‘πŸ‘

Lisa will be heading to the magnificent Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland, in September 2027, when Europe and the USA go head-to-head in one of the greatest events in world sport. πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

With an incredible 37,000 people applying to volunteer, being selected is a fantastic achievement – although it comes as no surprise to us at Brynhill!

Lisa has built up considerable experience working as an on-course marshal at several DP World Tour events, and her enthusiasm, professionalism and love of the game make her a perfect choice for the Ryder Cup team.

From representing Brynhill as our Captain to now representing the volunteering community on golf’s biggest stage – what an experience this is going to be.

Congratulations Lisa – Brynhill will be very proud to see one of our own at the 2027 Ryder Cup! πŸ’šπŸ’›
