We let the girls choose their favourite warm-up games, which led us nicely into the match 🤩

There was some fantastic throwing on display tonight. All the throwing and catching we practise at the start of every session is really paying off, and it’s great to see everyone’s hard work shining through 🙌🏻

A huge well done to Amber, who was our Player of the Day! Amber listened to every instruction first time, gave 100% throughout the session, and showed some brilliant batting too 👏🏻

Match Night for Our Disability Cricket Team! 🏏

A huge thank you to Hull Super 1s, East Yorks Barracudas for inviting us along for a fantastic evening of cricket.

It was an absolutely brilliant game, played in the true spirit of the sport. Our players were outstanding on the field, showing great determination, teamwork and skill, however what made us even prouder was the way they supported one another and encouraged the opposition throughout the match.

A massive well done to everyone involved for making it such a memorable evening. We can’t wait to return the favour and welcome the Barracudas to Barton next week for another great game. 🙏🏼

A brilliant evening in the sunshine for our girls’ rounders! ☀️

Each week we focus on developing a different skill, and this week was all about throwing and catching. We worked on perfecting our technique to help improve our fielding and give ourselves the best chance of getting players out 🤩

We found the perfect spot in the shade for our drills before finishing the session with a shortened game of rounders 🙌🏻

A huge well done to Emily, who was named Player of the Day! 🌟 Emily is growing in confidence every week, and last night she had a fantastic time batting.

A massive thank you to our amazing volunteers; Anna, Emma and Caitlin - who give up their time every week to make these sessions possible. Their enthusiasm, encouragement and commitment create such a fun and welcoming environment for everyone 👏🏻

It’s brilliant to be able to run our Super 1s sessions every week here in Barton.

Our cricketers continue to improve week after week, and it’s fantastic to see the hard work and determination they put into developing their skills.

A huge thank you to our coach Caitlin, for her continued dedication. She gives up her time each week to provide excellent coaching, helping our cricketers grow in confidence, improve their abilities, and enjoy the game.

Our women’s rounders team had so much fun tonight, with some fantastic rounders on display. Every week we see improvements from everyone, but the thing that stands out the most is the encouragement and support each player gives one another. 🤩

It’s been great to welcome some new faces, and we can’t wait to see you all back next week! 🩷🥎
