Old Basing Village Tea and Tots

We have taken the decision to close Tea and Tots early for the end of term so that Andy and I can focus on the Christmas events taking place at nursery school. Please can we say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported our little toddler group in 2022. It has been an absolute pleasure to get to know your little ones and see them grow. See you tomorrow for Tea and Tots at the Parish Room from 10am until 11.30. Sadly ongoing staff sickness at the nursery school means we have still been unable to release an additional member of staff to join us tomorrow but we look forward to bringing back our themed Tuff Trays as soon as we are able to 😀

Quick reminder that we are closed this week for the half-term holidays but we will see you next Wednesday 😀

There is change of location for today’s ‘Tea and Tots’. Please join us at the Beddington Centre in Old Basing (opposite the Bolton Arms pub) from 10.00am - 11.30am. As well as the usual Tea and Tots fun this week’s session is also a brilliant opportunity to have a sneaky peak at our new home for our under 2’s. Undercover pushchair parking available. Car parking by Riley Lane.

We’re so excited that very soon the Beddington centre will become ‘The Nest’, our dedicated setting for our youngest children 🤩.

Calling all parents and carers with 0-5 year olds…due to an event at the church, Tea and Tots will have a change of venue on Wednesday 5th October! We will be hosting our session at The Beddington Centre, Riley Lane. 10am-11.30am. Please let others know. All welcome 😀. £3.00 per family.

Come down to the Pavilion Tea Room at the Recreation Ground today between 10:30 and 12:30 to collect your Treasure Hunt pack. The event is free and the weather looks great to enjoy a walk around the village. We hope to see lots of you throughout the day, please comment to let us know if you are coming.

Refreshments are on sale from 10:30, so why not bring your reusable cup and take your tea/coffee with you. There will also be a delicious selection of cakes on sale.

Raffle tickets will be on sale throughout the day, with the big draw at 3:30pm. There are some fantastic prizes to be won from gin tours to family days out and a top prize of £150 cash! So don’t forget to buy your raffle tickets today.
