Shreya and shravan have been training with me for up to 12 years and both are junior instructors. Over the weekend they both showed stamina and strength to achieve their 2nd dan in Shotokan karate.
They have proven what you can achieve with dedication and hard work. It was a pleasure to watch.

Another successful winter camp with Anusha achieving her 2nd dan with no mistakes. Alot of hours have gone in to prepare for this with support from within the club and special thanks to Craig Alder and Graham wylie.π

I am proud to announce that Shravan has been made a junior instructor because of his hard work and dedication to the association.
This is what can be achieved if you persevere within the sport. He is a good role model. His fellow students are very pleased for him.
