We’re in need of donations of cakes and cookies to help make our Recreation Display on Monday 4 May extra special.

If you’re able to bake or donate, please drop your contributions into Reception from Saturday onwards.

If your donation is home‑made, please include a list of ingredients.

We are looking for cupcakes, traybakes or cookies (no nuts please).
Both homemade or shop bought donations are very welcome.

Cake donations can be dropped off from today or on the show days.

🎄 Can You Help at Our Christmas Shows?🎄

We’re looking for volunteers for our Tombola & Raffle stalls during the Christmas Shows on 19th–21st Dec.

There are 2 shows on Sat 20th & Sun 21st, plus the opening night on Fri 19th.
We also need helpers between shows.

🎁 We’re also collecting donations for:
Tombola prizes (new/giftable items)

🍫Chocolate Tombola (any kind of chocolate, big or small!)

🍩Cake Stall (homemade or store-bought treats welcome)

Healthy living is next weekend. 6th/7th September.
We are looking for some lovely volunteers to help us run the raffle so we can focus on the cafe. The comp is fully booked, so will be busy and if we can run a raffle we will really boost our fundraising efforts.

We're blown away by the incredible support and unity shown by the gymnasts, coaches, parents, volunteers and supporters at Basingstoke Gymnastic Club. Seeing everyone come together as one was truly inspiring. 🙏

A huge thank you to our team of volunteers who gave up their time to to support our fundraising efforts this weekend. We were small but mighty! 💪

🚨HELP NEEDED🚨
We have had just 2 volunteers for our club festival this weekend!!
There are 340 gymnast registered to attend so could be a huge amount for our fundraising if we get enough volunteers to run the raffle as well as the cafe.
Please can anyone help even if it's just for a short time. 🙏
