I also ask you to send light and love to Russia. Light to Putin so that he ‘sees’ his dark ways and understanding that this type of action will not be accepted, cannot be fruitful for his ‘team’ of elites and outdated ‘control’ system. And, love ❤️ to the Russian people who do NOT want this ‘war’ and wish them support in pushing the cessation of this war from the inside.

If you think there’s not much you can do, there actually is something you can do. Your positive thoughts are powerful energies (or prayer) which are directed to this situation for the best outcome. And the outcome the world wants is PEACE. Just imagine the energy each one of us can create with the powerful thought of love ❤️. After all we’re energy beings !!!

The Back Extension Prone, purpose of this exercise is to strengthen the spinal extensors, particularly the erector spinae, while working on developing the ability to simultaneously use the abdominals to help protect the lower back.
Your erector spinae is a large muscle that originates from your sacrum and extends vertically up the length of the back. It lies each side of the vertebral column ad extends alongside the lumbar, thoracic and cervical sections of the spine.

Pilates mixed abilities class every Wednesday 6-7pm at Queen Mary’s College sports centre Basingstoke. Great progress with core work that eases lower back pain. Then a relaxation meditation to finish with.
