Struggling to get back in to your groove after Lockdown? Got a new fitness goal in mind but not sure how to get there?

We are offering members of The Gym a free 30 minute PT Bounce Back session with one of our friendly expert trainers. That’s right – completely free!

They will ask you about your goals, complete an initial assessment of your fitness, take you through a workout and give you expert advice to get you bouncing back.

This session is all about YOU, however, so feel free to spend the time doing whatever is most valuable for you; whether that is getting help with some specific exercises, talking to the PT or being pushed to your limits on the gym floor!

It's official - we have lift off!!

Today the government announced gyms in England WILL re-open on 12th April! Don't know if you can tell, but we've been pretty hyped about this! 🎉🎉🎉

Time to start warming up!!

Just to let you know, in accordance with latest government guidance, it is now a legal requirement for all members, employees and visitors to wear a face covering in our communal areas. This includes when you’re entering and leaving the gym, in the members area, using the gym floor lockers, and in the changing rooms. You’ll be able to remove your face covering when exercising, though we ask you to remember to keep a safe distance from those around you. You can also be exempt from this if you are unable to wear a face covering for health reasons.
