🔥UPDATED TIMETABLE🔥

In order for us to get the most out of sessions, we have split our kids class into 2 groups🥊 This will help us to run more effective & specific sessions to each of these groups. For those who liked the mixed sessions, don’t be discouraged! As we have also added in a Friday mixed boxing for kids😎
In addition to this, we have decided to extend our Monday & Thursday adults class to help squeeze in time for extra sparring, fitness & games🔥

🥊 Junior Boxing (Ages 6-10) - Mondays & Thursdays 5pm-6pm

🥊 Youth Boxing (Ages 11-16) – Mondays & Thursdays 6pm-7pm

🥊 Mixed Kids Class (Ages 16 & under) - Friday 6pm-7pm

🥊 Adults Class (16+) – Mondays & Thursdays 7pm-8:30pm, & Fridays 7-8pm

Despite a bit of a scrappy affair he came out with a first minute, first round stoppage👊 very proud of him for performing under the lights & handling the pressure.

It will be a busy year of boxing for Lewis, so I’ll make a boxer out of him yet😉 give him the pugilists finesse👀 He will be a very dangerous man

DO YOU WANT TO INCREASE THAT POWER IN YOUR BACK HAND⁉️ Well then make sure you do this😎🥊 You must train so that you have effortless power, reliant on technique, timing, accuracy, & delivery. As a combatant, it is crucial that you gain the respect of your opponent👊 There’s only one way to do this🧨 Start this rotation from the lowest part of the body. Rotate the back foot, onto the ball of your foot. Soften the knee & allow for movement. Rotate your hips, allowing them to ‘pinch’. Turn your upper body, ensuring your far shoulder is now further through than your lead. Release through the arm🔥 Power in boxing comes from transferring body weight from one leg to another, this is done by creating a kinetic chain through rotation🥊 In order for this rotation & weight transfer to properly translate into power, you must relax the muscles in your upper body (particularly the arms).
