Progress in the gym doesn't have one look.
It might be visible - new muscles, faster times, heavier lifts.
Or it might be quiet - better form, more confidence, healthier mindset.

Questions and answers with Emma...
What do you now realise you didn’t need to worry about before starting with us?
Getting everything perfect. You don’t need to know it all—having top quality coaches and support makes a huge difference.
Why do you stay consistent each week?
Because the results show up quickly—not just physically, but mentally too. Even a few sessions a week can make you feel more energised, confident, and in control.
What’s your favourite exercise you've learnt so far?
Honestly? Learning how to pick up my car keys after a hard leg session. *totally relatable🤣
What made you nervous before starting at the gym?
Not fear—just uncertainty. Walking in after years away and having no idea how the equipment worked or what to do felt intimidating.
Who is Sally and why does she go up and down so many times?
The answer is: I have no clue, however, it's a great way to bring a different warmup into the session. As you can tell the team loved it.
