Tuesday circuit update!
The lovely Charlotte from Core Health Training will be taking on the Tuesday class as of the 10th January! Hooray!
Thank you so much Charlotte, they absolutely ❤️ burpees and said they wanted to loads more in 2023! # # #

I started LGP Fitness because I wanted a job doing something I love and it has not disappointed.
To each and everyone of you that has come to a class or a PT session over the years thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Thank you also for my leaving gifts, very kind indeed!!!
So with that said, LGP Fitness is signing out for the last time.

Hello you lovely lot!
I have some news for you….it is with a very sad heart that LGP Fitness will be closing it’s doors at the end of this year!
To say I will miss you all will be an understatement but all good things must come to an end 😉
More details will follow as to the last classes but please if you can keep the 16th of December free for drinks! More details to follow!
