What are the key components of my yoga class?

My hope is that you understand that there is no such thing as being ‘bad’ at yoga. Every one has their own practise and experience that is as unique as they are. There is no room for comparison. You are whole and worthy.

Welcome to Nurture the Mother Yoga.
Honouring Matrescence is at the core of what I do.
Matrescence being the process of becoming a mother.
The physical, emotional and psychological changes that all mothers experience to varying degrees.
Just like adolescence it’s a time of changing identity, rollercoaster emotions, new values and priorities and relationship changes.
The exact length of matrescence is individual, recurs with each child, and may arguably last a lifetime.
I want women to feel supported in this transition.
