"After having a bad back and a fear of the gym for years my friend ( who also had never been to a gym ) and I tentatively decided to give it a go as we really needed to do something about our strength and fitness as we hit 60!!! She found Craig on Facebook and after meeting him for a starter session we took the plunge and started going in February.
It has been a revelation. Craig has taken into account our health problems and created a programme just for us. He gently eased us in, in a kind, friendly and fun way. We have both seen so much improvement in our strength, flexibility and wellbeing. The space is private , modern and clean.
We both have been surprised at how much we enjoy going and look forward to it every week. I have no hesitation in recommending Craig to anyone but especially first time gym users his kind gentle manner makes it less scary and we also have a lot of laughs along the way. Thank you Craig"

"I started with Craig 2 months ago after seeing his Ad on Facebook.
I was extremely nervous as I hadn’t done any exercise for many years and felt very unfit!
As I hit 60, I wanted to improve my strength, balance and flexibility whilst gaining better overall fitness.
We started slow but steady and I feel a lot more sprightly already.
Craig is very mindful of individual abilities and goes at your pace. He is patient and very encouraging.
The gym itself is very private, clean and well equipped. My friend and I now go twice a week and very much look forward to it.
