Understanding your core after having babies can feel confusing a f.

I teach and coach mums all the time. And I'll be real sometimes, even I forget. That exercise host partum.
And see it can feel like a completely new experience in your body.

One of my gorgeous Toned Mum Movement clients ask me the other day grace.What do you mean when you say tuck your tailbone under?... and I thought, what a great question.

Because something so simple can make a huge different to how your tummy looks and feels after babies.
