B E G I N N E R S M Y T H S Here are the top 3 things beginners say when they come to class. Let’s get these myths crushed! 1️⃣ I’m going to fall off the trampoline We keep our ((BOUNCE)) low and steady unlike you usually would on a trampoline. We encourage attendees to squeeze their core muscles which enables stability on the trampoline. Yes, it’s a small surface area (40” diameter to be precise) but you get use to the space you have to ((BOUNCE)) on very quickly as you build your confidence. 2️⃣ I’m scared I’ll wet myself Let’s be real… lots of our attendees have had children which can sometimes mean weaker pelvic floor. Some attendees just have weaker pelvic floor. However don’t let this stop you from trying one of our classes and let Tena lady be your best friend (because it is mine 🤣). There is also proven research that ((BOUNCE))-ing on a trampoline can actually improve your pelvic floor muscles - we’ve had a lot of feedback from attendees that this has been the case for them! 3️⃣ I have no coordination I can remember my very first class 8 years ago and I thought there is absolutely no way I’m going to be able to move my arms and legs at the same time. Our classes are fast paced so initially it might look a little daunting but I can promise you that after session 3 it will click and you’ll be flying!
