Practicing yoga alongside my dear friends old and new, students old and new and hanging out together, was so nourishing for my soul.

When I was asked to take on this pregnancy yoga class I was hesitant… every Saturday morning??! 🥱
But… I can honestly say this group of students lights up my week and brings me joy so I’m grateful to them and to for the opportunity to share and hold space with them weekly.
