Consistently our fave family weekend of the year ! Last weekend, excelled itself once again.
loves.yoga and I loved teaching kids yoga, .loves.yoga taught a fabulous teen yoga class in the baking hot sunshine and I brought more fire 🔥 to match the glorious weather!
Cabaret Fantastique was fantastique, loved the Traitors chat with and , .loves.yoga won the family photo contest with (but the pic is on her phone so not shown here), did a fabulous job on sound and played the conch which was truly amazing. Looking forward to a future conch - yoga collaboration 🤞🤞🤞

It meant the world to me to be back on the mat with my dear teacher Sianna Sherman - she is always such a great leader, holding space, beautiful intelligent sequences, elegant pacing and always with a hint of a smile. Practicing yoga alongside my dear friends old and new, students old and new and hanging out together, was so nourishing for my soul.
