Mental Health Awareness Week reminder 🤍

Put your phone on do not disturb, grab a coffee, take a walk, sit in the spa, do a workout… whatever helps you switch off for a little while ☕️

As someone with autism, trying new exercises and changing his routine wasn’t always easy for Iain 💙
In this video, he shares how training with Martin has helped him build confidence, learn new exercises and improve his overall wellbeing, including supporting his blood pressure.
