First class was some kihon and kumite before bunkai from Meikyo πŸͺž πŸ’₯

Second class, saw all the 🟒, 🟣 and 🟣 βšͺ️ pair up with a senior grade and we covered all kihon ippon kumite migi and hidari πŸ‘Œ

Third class was a recap of a majority of the 🟠 syllabus πŸ’ͺ

πŸ’š WELLBEING WEDNESDAY

Life can be busy.
School.
Work.
Family commitments.
Revision.
Deadlines.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is take an hour for yourself.

Karate provides:
βœ… Physical exercise
βœ… Stress relief
βœ… Improved focus
βœ… Time away from screens
βœ… A supportive community

Many students come to training feeling tired and leave feeling refreshed.

Why not come and see a class for yourself if you’re not already training with us?

πŸ₯‹ MOTIVATION MONDAY

Grading isn't about being perfect.
It's about showing how much you've improved since your last grading.

Every lesson attended, every kata practised and every correction worked on brings you one step closer to your next belt.

Keep putting in the effort. Progress is earned one class at a time.
