⚽️ Match Update vs Queensmen
A tough and competitive game this morning for the Blues against Queensmen.
Queensmen managed to take the lead from a corner in the first half, making it 1–0, but the boys responded brilliantly. The second half saw a big increase in intensity with some excellent passages of passing and quick counter-attacking football. The pressure was on right until the final whistle in a frantic last few minutes.
The boys truly played their socks off today, showing great determination, teamwork, and quality throughout the match.

A tough result this morning, but plenty to be proud of from the Reds! ❤️⚽
Flitwick took the lead just before half time with a quick break and a tidy finish into the bottom left (0–1). It was a really even first half with some excellent attacking play, solid defending and sharp passing from the Reds.
The second half saw both sides battling hard, but a Flitwick corner found a head in the box and doubled their lead (0–2). Despite pushing right to the final whistle, it finished 0–2.
🌟 Player of the Match – Keaton 🌟
What a performance! Keaton played with determination from start to finish..

Matchday update ⚽️🔴🔵
A tough but exciting game for the boys today, finishing 1–3 after a fast-paced and hard-fought match.
Panthers struck early with a long-range screamer into the top corner, followed by a scrappy second to make it 0–2 at half time. The lads came out strong in the second half
and were rewarded when great build-up saw the ball worked to Jonny, who beat a couple of players and fired home to pull it back to 1–2 👏
Despite a bit of bad luck with the third (sometimes the ball just finds you!), heads never dropped. The team showed real character, pace, and determination throughout, with some seriously quick attacking play on display.
Player of the Match goes to an outstanding performer both in goal and on the pitch –
🏆 Charlie “None Shall Pass” King 🧤🔥
Well done boys – loads to be proud of today. Onwards and upwards 💪⚽️

Newnham Athletics 0–4 Phoenix
The final game of 2025 ends in a tough result in a home fixture. A bright start saw us unlucky not to take the lead before Phoenix scored just inside the post. Three excellent long-range finishes followed, including a superb free kick.
The scoreline doesn’t reflect the passion, effort, and commitment shown by all the boys, who worked hard right to the final whistle.
Player of the Match: Goalkeeper Arthur, with a series of excellent saves 👏🧤
We’ll take the lessons, reset, and go again. 💪🔴⚽️

What a game and what a performance from the team today!
We got off to a lively start with both sides pushing hard, and Charlie pulled off a brilliant fingertip save to keep things level. Akal tested the keeper soon after, but the breakthrough came when he slipped a gorgeous through ball to Josh, who smashed it home! 1–0!
Second half kicked off and *wow* Karam launched one high over the keeper and dropped it beautifully into the top left! 2–0!
The boys kept the pressure on with some great passing, and even when the ball came dangerously close at our end, Fred was there to clear it off the line! Moments later, Jonny stepped up and buried a long-range effort to make it 3–0!
Luton clawed one back with a top-corner strike, but Jonny wasn’t finished — another rocket into the top right made it 4–1! Luton scored a late penalty to bring it to 4–2, but the team held strong to the end.

What a rollercoaster. A great cup game! We took the lead with a brilliant move finished by Charlie, only for Barton to hit straight back. The boys dug deep, and Jonny’s goal, after an unbelievable run and assist from Fred, put us ahead again. Barton found a late equaliser, and after a fierce battle, it all came down to penalties. The lads showed real courage, but Barton edged it and are through.
Player of the Match: Freddie. He gave EVERYTHING. Ran himself into the ground, created chances, fought for every ball, and left the pitch exhausted. We couldn’t be prouder of him and the whole team. ❤️💪⚽️.
