HIGH PROTEIN OMELETTE 🤩

Completed a monster workout? Follow up with this healthy, protein-rich omelette 💪

Made with Personalised Protein Powder, spinach, egg whites, Greek yoghurt and chia seeds, it's high in protein AND flavour.

Save the recipe and give it a go.

Ingredients: serves 5

▪️20g Herbalife Nutrition Personalised Protein Powder
▪️125 g fat free Greek yoghurt
▪️4 egg whites
▪️2 tbsp water
▪️30 g plain flour
▪️55 g frozen spinach, thawed
▪️2 tbsp white chia seeds
▪️1 tsp salt

Method:

1. Put yoghurt, egg whites and water in to a food processor or blender; add flour, Herbalife Nutrition Personalized Protein Powder, spinach, chia seeds and salt. Blend thoroughly. Mixture should be the consistency of pancake batter*.

2. Spray a small non-stick skillet with non-stick pan spray (or wipe with a little bit of oil). Heat pan over medium-high heat.

3. When pan is hot, pour about 3 tbsp of batter into the pan, and then quickly and very gently spread the batter with back of a metal spoon into a 5-6” circle. Let the wrap cook until nicely browned on the bottom, then gently turn and cook until the second side is also nicely browned.

4. When both sides are brown, gently place on paper towels or a cooling rack to cool. Repeat with remaining batter, spraying pan with non-stick spray before making each wrap, to prevent sticking.

I hear and read all the time that I'm to slow of a runner I would be last if I enter a race. If you are last you get most value out of your fee.

Don’t let your excuses be your downfall in experiencing what it is like to to take part in racing taking part in one and getting that medal and t-shirt and support is awesome.

First point be thankful for where you are. For some you need to stop complaining if you don't like the way you are do something about it. It's only you that can change the way that you want to go or be. For the rest keep being thankful you will be champions.

Every Day And In Every Way, I'm Getting Better And Better.

Over the past 3 months on my journey of success I've become better, stronger and more healthier and fitness has been coming back.
