We all can't be as fast as the great Michael Johnson but he is 100% right. Why put pins through an expensive new running top? You don't need to with race magnets. Buy a set of 4 magnets for £10 that will hold the bib in place and will be a permanent fixture throughout the year. Ditch the pins!

This time next week and the marathon will hopefully be finished & we can all have a celebratory drink or two. There are many people running for fantastic causes. No more so than my two sister in laws Brenda & Fiona who will be running the relay with other coolers. They are running for the stroke association and if anyone can donate it would be much appreciated. My wife & two girls will also be official stroke association cheerleaders at one of the stations along the way.
