Flux Yoga Belfast

Taught a lovely breath focussed class for my colleagues at work today as part of stress awareness month.
This year’s theme created a wonderful link to the practice of Ahimsa in yoga.

We worked on using our breath to drop into the parasympathetic nervous system and combining this with gentle movements to release tension and bring ease into our bodies.

It was a pleasure and so much fun to work with my colleagues in a totally different setting and I hope everyone noticed some benefit from starting the workday a little differently today.

I’m not really one for New Year’s resolutions.

Any time is a good time to start something new or get into good habits but I guess in many ways January gives us that clean slate and the motivation.

So whether you’re new to yoga or would like to pick up where you left off before, why not join once a week from Thursday 9th January at 6.30pm for an hour long slow flow class at in East Belfast.

Classes are suitable for all levels.

I don’t know about any of you, but for me these past 2 weeks have been so busy and packed full of things.
