David Currie a Belfast Boys Brigade Football man is to leave the Irish Football Association after 30 years of service . Met up with David 30 years ago when both him and the Late Craig Stanfield were excellent in their roles . Best wishes to David who served the IFA and local football with pride and professionalism.

After more than 30 years of service to the Irish FA, David Currie is departing the association.

For three decades, 'DC' has been a trusted and respected figure, helping deliver more than 270 senior international matches, alongside hundreds of Under-21, women’s and youth international fixtures and tournaments throughout his career.

We thank David for his commitment, professionalism and friendship, and wish him all the very best for the future.

Petition: Ban non-stun & recoverable stun slaughter of animals Religious slaughter may require the animal to be slaughtered whilst alive, which is in line with their religious beliefs. In relation to this, stunning needs to be recoverable. Normal slaughter uses a bolt gun that renders the animal brain dead and unable to regain consciousness.
