It’s all about habits.
This weekend I’m working on building new ones—small steps, but powerful ones. I’m getting outside for a run and trying something new in my diet (even fish, which is definitely outside my comfort zone).
These might seem like tiny changes, but they matter.
Even a 0.0001% improvement is still a step forward. Add 0.1% each week and over the course of a year, you’ve made real, visible change.
I’ve added 1% to the better me this weekend—and I’m proud of that. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent. Let those small habits stack.

TD Elevated Coaching Presents: Easter Weekend Bodyweight Challenge!
No equipment. Just YOU, your living room, and a bit of Easter energy!
Day 1 – Good Friday: Bunny Burner
Focus: Full Body Cardio + Core
Complete 3 rounds:
• 20 Bunny Hops (jump squats)
• 30 Easter Egg Rolls (sit-ups with twist)
• 20 Burpee Bounces (burpees without push-up)
• 30 Chick Kicks (flutter kicks)
• 1-minute Plank Hold
Bonus: Post a sweaty selfie with the hashtag

Day 2 – Super Saturday: Egg-cellent Endurance
Focus: Lower Body Burn
Complete 4 rounds:
• 20 Egg Pick-Ups (lunge with reach to floor)
• 15 Duck Walk Steps (stay low!)
• 30 Glute Bridge Lifts (hold last for 10 sec)
• 15 Single-Leg Squats to Chair (each side)
• 20 Jumping Jack Bunnies
Fun Tip: Wear bunny ears or pastel colours while training and tag

Day 3 – Easter Sunday: Resurrection Power
Focus: Upper Body & Core
Complete 3 rounds:
• 10 Push-Up Peep-Ups (push-ups)
• 20 Dips off a chair or couch
• 30 Shoulder Taps (in plank)
• 20 Hollow Egg Holds (hollow body hold – 20 sec)
• 15 Superhero Rises (Superman hold + pull)
Mini Challenge: Write down 3 things you’re grateful for post-workout.

Day 4 – Easter Monday: Chocolate Burn Blitz
Focus: Full Body Sweat Fest
Complete as a pyramid circuit (reps: 10-15-20-15-10):
• Jump Squats
• Mountain Climbers (each side)
• Push-Ups
• Bicycle Crunches (each side)
• High Knees
Final Push: Celebrate with a healthy Easter snack and tag us with your victory pose!

HYROX SIM WORKOUT (Beginner-Friendly Edition)
“Train like a HYROX athlete – no experience needed!”
Workout Format:
Complete the following as a circuit – rest as needed between stations. Scale reps or weights to suit all fitness levels.
1. 1km Run (or 500m Row for low-impact)
2. 50m Sled Push (light weight)
3. 50m Sled Pull (light weight/resistance band drag)
4. 80m Burpee Broad Jumps (or 20 Burpees + 20m walk for beginners)
5. 1km Row
6. 100 Wall Balls (or 50 air squats + 50 med ball tosses)
7. Farmers Carry 100m (DBs or KBs)
8. Sandbag Lunges 50m (or bodyweight lunges)
