🌟 It’s been a busy summer at Libra Events! 🌟

From seafood cooking demos with young ambassador chefs at the Cork Harbour Festival & Ocean to City 🐟,to assiting clients all the way to Norway attending Aqua Nor 🇳🇴, it’s been non-stop!

We also organised two networking events in Trondheim – Work-Work (complete with shuffleboard 🎯) and Cafe Dublin Irish pub and restaurant. Definitely a memorable way to connect people!

We’ve also been back in Dublin delivering BusConnects Dublin public information events 🚍 – always great to see the community engagement in action.

And we’re not slowing down any time soon… next up we’ve got:

🎪 Exhibitor logistics for a client attending Howth Maritime & Seafood Festival
🏨 A conference at the beautiful Killashee Hotel

A fun road trip today for a site visit at the beautiful Killashee House Hotel. We can’t wait to be back in September with our clients conference 😄 🚙

We had just under 200 delegates arriving from all over the UK to join their Belfast collegues for the 3173 Group staff away day, conference and gala dinner — and getting everyone there (and back!) was no small task.

With flights landing from 6am to 10am, we worked to create a coordinated shuttle service based on arrival times — and the brilliant Compass Coach Travel LTD were with us every step of the way.

Huge thanks to Arnie and the team, who were always just a phone call away when we faced the unavoidable travel curveballs.

We truly appreciate working with suppliers who are reliable and just get it 👏

Dropping delegates off at the for a conference. This weekend we will run a shuttle service with multiple vehicles to and from the conference for the fab Libra Events.

This is a cost effective way of getting guests to and from a venue. Our executive level vehicles are comfortable and slick!

What a day indeed! It was fantastic to see all the months of planning and work come to fruition. Thanks to all involved who helped make it happen!

What a day! ✅ We had an amazing time working with NICVA, Libra Events, Madeby_Break and Brian Thompson to bring the first NICVA #FutureThinking Summit 2024 to life at W5 Belfast on 22nd October 💡🎤 The day was a huge success, with charities, community groups, and social enterprises coming together to learn, connect, and celebrate Northern Ireland’s vibrant voluntary sector. We were happy to also welcome Northern Ireland Executive First Minister Michelle O'Neill and Deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly MLA to the event, where they shared their support for this vital sector. By the end, everyone was buzzing with new ideas—and maybe already planning for next year!

Over the last few months, we have been working closely with the NICVA team, Libra Events, and Madeby_Break to deliver the first NICVA Summit 2024 at W5 Belfast on Tuesday, 22nd October 💡🎤

The summit will bring together charities, community groups, and social enterprises to learn, share, and celebrate the value and diversity of Northern Ireland’s voluntary sector. It will create a space for inspiring, connecting, and strengthening the sector.

Throughout the day, NICVA members will host a variety of engagement hubs and discussions, tackling key topics such as digital transformation, AI, misinformation, community action, gender equality, and collaboration.
