CRANFIELD PRESENTATION NIGHT

Wednesday night, 20th May, was the official end of our 2025/26 season and the team played out the end of season competitions.

Three players also reached significant league appearance numbers.

*Retirement Notice*

Pete Lockhart announced his retirement from darts recently and last night at Cranfields end of season competitions was his last as a Cranfield member, sadly his decorators hump, tennis elbow, arthritis and something dodgy with his wrist, means that he can’t enjoy darts any longer 🥹

Pete has been with the Cranfield family since 2009 and this past 17 years have seen many ups and downs in both his darts & family life.

A very emotional night last night when he received his 300 league appearances award, his Cranfield achievement award and a signed frame from his team mates past and present.

Certainly a huge presence within our team and he will be sorely missed but we hope he can call in and see us from time to time.

Belfast & District Men’s Dart League - Division One final table.

Sorry to see our neighbours at Cregagh RBL drop out of the league but at the same time our good friends at Dundela Dart Team make a return to D1 after securing the Division Two title.

Congratulations to Dundela Dart Team on winning the B&DMDL Division Two last night, they led from Matchweek #1 right to the finish, and were pushed all the way by The Poet Dart team & Taughmonagh Men’s Dart Team, who I’m sure will both be in the chase for the 2026/27 title.

Hope your hangovers aren’t too bad and we’re looking forward to our league games with you next season 👍

Cranfields game tonight 14/05/26 has been cancelled at the request of Cregagh RBL as a mark of respect to their members, Paul, David and Matthew Gillen on the sad news of their Mother/Grandmothers passing.

All at Cranfield would like to pass on their condolences to the family at this sad time.

Blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted.
