This is why I love what I do for a living
Chatting to one of my clients today and she’s been dealing with a health issue for a while and it was really getting her down, really affecting her training and just life in general
A couple weeks ago I went over her diet with her. I looked at the foods she was eating every day such as the oils, the additives, the wee things on the back of the label you wouldn’t notice until you actually look
I got her on proper whole foods, making sure only clean ingredients and no seed oils
Two weeks later her symptoms have basically cleared. Her blood work came back 100%. The hospital literally told her she doesn’t need to come in this week
She was buzzing telling me and I’m buzzing for her, really has made my day
Just shows how much your diet actually matters. You really are what you eat. Fixing your nutrition fixes so many problems you don’t even realise you have

Getting in shape is the one thing in life you can’t buy..
You can buy nice cars, jackets, watches, whatever you want, but none of that means anything if you don’t look after your body
Being in good shape shows you put good food into your body, you train hard, you stay consistent and you actually respect yourself. That’s where the real confidence comes from. Not from a logo on your chest..
When you’re fit, healthy and sharp, you carry yourself differently. Other people notice it also. It puts you ahead of most people because you’re doing the work every day that others don’t want to put in
Combat sports, weights, cardio, eating real nourishing food, not living off convenience rubbish. Doing this consistently on a day to day basis all adds up. Sort your body out and a lot of life’s problems disappear
If you judge someone off their religion or where they’re from, you’re only limiting yourself. You’ll never get far in life thinking like that
Sort your mindset and your whole world opens up 🙌🏽

One for the next 3 months, 6 months and the year
Keep it simple and stick to it
Small goals add up fast when you stay consistent
Show up for yourself this week.. because nobody else is going to do it for you
