At the start of this year, I made a decision to prioritise myself, to become the best version of me for myself, my son and my business.

I wanted to prove that I’m capable of anything I set my mind t, and these photos are the fu***ng proof. 🔥

Life has been amazing these past few months, and choosing to focus on myself was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Hard work running a new thriving business at the same time but made it even more rewarding to be able to do both 💜💪🏽

A massive thank you to jh__coaching_ the absolute GOAT. 🐐 You kept me accountable, pushed me when I needed it and coached me through every stage of this prep… while putting up with my moaning, questions and my complete inability to put on fckn wrist straps. 😂 Your knowledge has been invaluable, and I genuinely couldn’t have done this without you. Definitely one of the better decisions I made this year 🤣

Erin joined me really early on in the Bodyrox journey and, truthfully, she’s been a massive part of the success of this place.

She’s grown with Bodyrox, she knows our girls, the team love her (maybe not after some workouts) and she’s supported me side by side and I genuinely couldn’t have picked a better coach to do this crazy journey with 💜

Bodyrox has grown massively, and for it to keep growing, I need time to work on the business as well as coaching in it.

So more Erin in classes means more time for me behind the scenes, developing the Collective, creating new ideas, improving what we already do and working on what’s next 👀 Erin also has amazing ideas for Bodyrox and I love we are building this together
