Lauren, is our Sports Therapist at Shine at The Hollies — and she’s about to become her own client! 😉

Lauren has just had knee surgery and is starting her own rehab journey. Over the coming weeks, she’ll be sharing her progress, the highs, the challenges and the work that goes on behind the scenes to get back to moving well.

It’s also a great insight into how sports therapy can support recovery — helping with mobility, strength, movement patterns and confidence as your body heals.
